UCare for Seniors can get fit and save up to $15 per month!

UCARE for Seniors members insured through UCARE.

Each individual participating in the program must work out 0 times or more per month to earn the reimbursement (credit) of up to $15 for individual and up to $30 for couple.
Each member is responsible to be certain that their usage is tracked.
If members cancel their health club membership or discontinue their UCare for Seniors insurance, unapplied dues reductions will be forfeited.
Members MUST complete the UCARE enrollment form and provide you with a copy of their UCARE insurance card. As of 2010, UCare for Seniors insurance cards will have a UCan! logo on the card for easy identification.
