Humana Rewards

Humana Rewards™ members can now earn rewards for going to the health club. Participating members can earn up to 1,000 HumanaRewards points if they work out 12 or more times in a month.

Who is Eligible

• Humana Rewards members can visit their Humana Rewards web site to determine if they are eligible. Visit the FAQ page for more information.
• 18+ Humana members who are enrolled in Humana Rewards

How it Works

• Members present their member ID card to a participating fitness center to enroll in the program.
• Members present their member ID card to their participating fitness center each time they work out. If the members work out the required number of times per month, they automatically receive points in their Humana Rewards account.
• The members can visit their Humana Rewards web site for additional information. Information can be found in the FAQ and How It Works sections of the site.
