America’s TPA

The EZFit program from America’s TPA makes it easy for members to get credit for their health club workouts.

The program is open to employees enrolled in their health plan at participating employers whose benefits are administered by America’s TPA. If you’re not sure if your employer is participating, check with your HR department or call America’s TPA at the number listed on the back of your helath plan ID card.

Employees must complete an EZfit application form to join the program.

As an EZfit member, you can receive up to $20 per month towards your club membership cost if you work out the required number of times per month, depending on your employer’s plan. The program covers up to two people per household who are 18 years of age or older. All membership applications must be approved by America’s TPA.
