To All BCBSND Health Club Credit Participating Health Clubs:
Due to numerous ongoing issues with our online web portal, MyHealthCenter (administered by Healthways), a significant amount of BCBSND members are not able to go online and complete the mandatory authorization and health assessment. There will be a large amount of Health Club Credit denials due to the following error: BCBSND member did not complete an Authorization this month (December activity). BCBSND has formally requested Vanco perform an automatic re-submit on behalf of all of the clubs for activity that occurred in December and on all error codes. This will hopefully alleviate some of the pressure that these issues have caused on our Health Club partners.
NIHCAwill also be calling all of the participating Health Clubs to ensure that this message is received. The actions we are asking you to take is to print the attached notification and display in a place for BCBSND members to see. Please DO NOT re-submit any activity that occurred in December as Vanco will do this for you.
BCBSND is working with Healthways to remedy these issues as soon as possible and sincerely apologizes for this large inconvenience. BCBSND values the collaboration from all of our participating Health Clubs and will have a permanent fix for the ongoing Healthways issues in 2012.
